Service Description

Audit services require the expertise of certified auditors. Such services include the statutory audit of companies and other entities, in accordance with tax obligations, company bylaws, and other legal provisions. - Statutory audits – performed in accordance with current legal provisions and within the context of the supervision of entities/companies subject to audit, where the appointment of a certified auditor is mandatory; - Specific audits – performed within the scope of specific regulations or legal obligations, acts or financial facts that require specific analysis (contributions in kind, mergers and acquisitions, changes in legal form, or investments granted); - Audit and due diligence services – performed in accordance with legal provisions, company bylaws, contracts, or through the resolution of a management body.
